Douglas and Elbert County - Parker, Elizabeth, Franktown, Kiowa, Elbert, Deer Trail, Simla (DEP) - Closings decreased in closed sales in November 08 up by 32%. Year to date DEP is down 17.4% in number of closings and averages sale priced dipped to $332,003 a decrease of 14.0% over this time last year. Condo sales improved in November up 5.6% with 19 condo units closing in the month of November. Inventory dropped by 76 homes a decrease of 6.3% compared to this time last year.
